Kate Preston Salons is a group of two hair salons that are both multi-award winning with over 30 years of hair specialist experience based in Fareham and Gosport, Hampshire.
They contacted us as they already had a really great following on Instagram but were struggling with engagement and converting those 'likes' in to bookings. Although the Fareham salon was really busy, they had not long bought the Gosport salon and wanted to increase the bookings and grow the brand in the new location.
We got together and talked about what they were already doing and I shared lots of hints and tips to plug the gaps in their knowledge. We also spent time profiling who their target audience is, so that when they are creating content they always have this in mind and the importance of consistency. This would mean that their organic engagement would increase and convert in to bookings.
It was a really great session and I am looking forward to seeing the salons go from strength to strength.
