The Aloft Shop is based in the beautiful beautiful Cornish town of Padstow, they sell a gorgeous collection of mens and ladies clothing, homewares, fun beach accessories, jewellery and gifts.
Beth got in touch as she wanted an extra pair of eyes on her website and social channels to see where they could improve and build a sustainable year round online business. So we booked in marketing strategy session with a hefty chunk of social media training / planning thrown in for good measure!
On the day Beth drove up from her home near Padstow to sunny Hampshire. It was so inspiring to hear Beth talk about her incredible team in the shop and how they pride themselves in offering the highest level of customer services. From there we talked about how this translates in to the online brand, still giving that same excellent Aloft customer service and building the brand to communicate the passion that the team provide in store.
Without giving too much away, we have put an excellent plan in place to really emphasis the Aloft brand and to align it with the 'Padstow' brand. This is one shop to watch!
